In a microwave-safe mug, brush some butter, oil, or ghee.

Add 2 tsp instant coffee powder, 5 tbsp warm milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, ¼ tsp vanilla essence. Mix it well so the coffee gets adequately dissolved.

Then, add 5 tbsp all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk it to form a smooth batter until no lump remains.

Later, add ample chocolate chips to the batter and stir it. Top some more chocolate chips.

Microwave it for about 90 seconds, and your eggless coffee cake is ready.
