– Butter/Oil/Ghee, to coat – 2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder – 5 tbsp Warm Milk – 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil – ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence – 5 tbsp All-purpose Flour – 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar – ¼ tsp Baking Powder – Pinch Salt – Chocolate Chips – Icing Sugar & Chocolate Chips, To decorate
