Step-by-step instructions:

Take a microwave-safe mug and brush oil inside the mug. Crack 2 eggs in the mug. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk it with the help of a fork.

Then add finely chopped veggies, 1 tbsp of green bell pepper, 1 tbsp of tomatoes, 1 tsp coriander leaves, ½ tsp basil leaves, and ¼ tsp oregano. Mix it well. Lastly, add grated cheese and give it a quick stir.

Microwave it for about 1 minute and 50 seconds. Garnish the frittata with some coriander leaves, olives, and grated cheese.

Your delicious frittata in a mug is ready to dig in. Let it sit for a while and serve the frittata with your favorite sides like toast, salad, coffee, tea or top it with salsa.
