– 1 large Mango, Peeled & Chopped – Fresh Mint leaves – 2 tbsp Sugar – Pinch Black Salt – ⅙ tsp Crushed Roasted Cumin Powder – 6-7 Ice Cubes – Water, as required – Lemon Juice, to coat the mug’s rim – Salt & Chili Powder, to coat the mug’s rim – Fresh Mint twig, for garnishing

In a blender, add peeled and chopped mango chunks, mint leaves, 2 tbsp sugar, a pinch of black salt, ⅙ tsp crushed roasted cumin powder, 2 ice cubes, and some water to blend it in a puree.

Now place a bottle mug, apply lemon juice on the brim of the mug, and coat the salt and chili powder mixer on the same.

Then add 4-5 ice cubes, 5-6 tbsp of the smooth raw mango mixture to the bottle mug, and dilute it with water. Stir it well

Things to keep in mind while making mango juice with raw mango:

– Add water to the mug drink to adjust the consistency. – You can customize the mango pulp in the recipe as per your tastebuds. – Ice cubes are optional. – Mango pulp is adjustable in the recipe. I first added 4 tbsp of mango pulp to the recipe, but after adding water, I felt it was not enough, so later, I added 2 tbsp more to adjust the flavor.
