Take a large microwave-safe mug and brush the inside of the mug with oil.
Then crackle 1 egg in the mug. Add salt and pepper to taste. Now whisk the egg with the help of a fork.
Now add 1 tbsp of diced green bell pepper, onion, tomato, and grated cheese. Mix everything well.
Lastly, microwave it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Garnish omelet with grated cheese and a few coriander leaves. Let it sit for a while and savor it.
