Take a ceramic mug, brush it with oil or cooking spray.
Add 4 tbsp of rava, 2 tbsp of curd, salt to taste, ¼ tsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1 finely chopped green chili, and a pinch of baking soda in the mug. Give it a stir.
Then add water to make the batter creamy in texture. The batter should have a pouring consistency. Mix everything well.
Microwave it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a small pan, then add ¼ tsp of mustard seeds, ⅛ tsp of asafoetida, and some curry leaves. Let it pop and then pour it on top of the dhokla to enhance the flavor.
Your instant Rava dhokla is ready to serve.
