Preparation for healthy banana bread in a mug:
Take a microwave-safe mug. Add 1 tbsp of butter to the mug and microwave it for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the butter melts.
Cut to pieces 1 ripe banana to the mug and mash it until it becomes like a thick liquid using a fork.
Then add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp of baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking soda, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of milk, ¼ tsp of vanilla essence. Mix everything well until no lumps remain.
Lastly, add some raisins to the mixture and give it a mix. Also, add some more raisins on top.
Microwave it for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Your yummy banana bread in a mug is ready to dig in. Enjoy it with some ice-cream, bananas, whipped cream, sprinkle cinnamon powder, Nutella, or as it is.
