Serves: 3-4 people
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 500 grams of Fresh Bhindi washed, dried and chopped
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp of Cumin-Coriander Powder
- Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Place a wok and add 3 tbsp of oil to it. Once the oil is hot, then add 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds. Let them crackle.
- Later, add the bhindi and mix it well. Keep stirring in between.
- Once the okra is a little bit cooked, add salt to taste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, and 2 tsp cumin-coriander powder. Mix it well. Keep mixing in between until cooked.
- The recipe is ready to serve. Garnish coriander leaves and serve it with roti or Indian bread.
