Serves: 3-4 people

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 500 grams of Fresh Bhindi washed, dried and chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp of Cumin-Coriander Powder
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves for garnishing

Method:

  1. Place a wok and add 3 tbsp of oil to it. Once the oil is hot, then add 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds. Let them crackle.
  2. Later, add the bhindi and mix it well. Keep stirring in between. 
  3. Once the okra is a little bit cooked, add salt to taste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chili powder, and 2 tsp cumin-coriander powder. Mix it well. Keep mixing in between until cooked.
  4. The recipe is ready to serve. Garnish coriander leaves and serve it with roti or Indian bread.
