Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 Peach Chopped
  • 1 Banana Chopped
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Pinch Black Salt

Instructions

Let’s make the smoothies:

  • Take a blender jar. Add 2 chopped peaches, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of honey, ½ cup of milk, ½ inch grated ginger, and a pinch of black. Blend until smooth.
  • Now take a serving bottle mug. Pour the smoothie in the mug. Your healthy smoothie is ready to swill.

  • Adding ice cubes is optional. 
  • You can add 1 cup of milk. I have added less milk.
  • While making the smoothie, you can add some other fruits or veggies in it.
