Instructions
Let’s make the smoothies:
Take a
blender
jar. Add 2 chopped peaches, 1 banana,
1 tbsp
of honey, ½ cup of milk, ½ inch grated ginger, and a pinch of black. Blend until smooth.
Now take a serving
bottle mug
. Pour the smoothie in the mug. Your healthy smoothie is ready to swill.

Adding ice cubes is optional.
You can add 1 cup of milk. I have added less milk.
While making the smoothie, you can add some other fruits or veggies in it.
