You add all the required ingredients to the blender, making a smooth puree. So, to make the kachi keri sharbat, you need to add an adequate amount of water. You have the mug drink in your fridge for 3-4 days. 

On the other hand, you can store the pulp in a bottle if you are not ready to serve it for 3-4 days and add water when you are prepared to serve. Also, you can freeze the paste for up to 3 months.

It is optional to add ice cubes to the raw mango mug beverage. If you do not want to add ice cubes, pour cold water into the raw mango puree.

Follow simple steps to make a tasty mug beverage:

  • Add chopped raw mangoes, fresh mint leaves, sugar, black salt, crushed roasted cumin powder, ice cubes, and water to a blender jar. 
  • Blend everything to a smooth paste. Then, place a bottle mug and apply lemon juice to the mug’s rim. In a plate, mix salt and chili powder, and add the coat to the brim of the mug.  
  • To the bottle mug, add ice cubes, green mango puree as per your tastebuds, and then chilled water to adjust the consistency. Give it a quick stir.
  • Your lovely bright color mug drink is ready. Garnish it with fresh mint leaves and enjoy it on a hot summer day.

Things to keep in mind while making mango juice with raw mango:

  • It is up to you to add ice cubes to the mug recipe.
  • If you like to make the mug beverage healthy, use jaggery, honey, coconut sugar, or any healthier option.
  • You can store the puree for 3-4 days in a refrigerator. 
  • Add the raw mango syrup to the drink when you are ready to serve. 
  • The recipe is super tasty, but you can add black pepper powder and lemon juice to the recipe to enhance the flavor.
  • There are two ways to make this drink. One is by boiling the mangoes and the other by using them directly. It is your choice in which way you want to make the juice. 
  • Make it in a pitcher if you are making it for a large crowd.
  • Serve it in your unique style and special glass that may please your guests.
  • Green mango juice is a non-alcoholic mug beverage with many extraordinary health benefits. But, if you like and are interested in an alcoholic version, you can do so by adding your favorite tequila, vodka, or any other. 
  • Adjust the water consistency as per your liking.
  • Mango pulp is adjustable in the recipe. I first added 4 tbsp of mango pulp to the recipe, but after adding water, I felt it was not enough, so later, I added 2 tbsp more to adjust the flavor.

Instructions

Method for making raw mango juice recipe:

  • In a blender, add peeled and chopped mango chunks, mint leaves, 2 tbsp sugar, a pinch of black salt, ⅙ tsp crushed roasted cumin powder, 2 ice cubes, and some water to blend it in a puree.

  • Now place a bottle mug, apply lemon juice on the brim of the mug, and coat the salt and chili powder mixer on the same.

  • Then add 6-7 ice cubes, 5-6 tbsp of the smooth raw mango mixture to the bottle mug, and dilute it with water. Stir it well. Lastly, garnish it with a fresh mint twig, and your wonderful green mango sharbat is ready to swill.
