A great refreshing drink watermelon cooler is quick to make for a party, picnic, or relaxation during the hot summers.
Watermelon is light and fresh. You can fit this icy blended drink, a part of your routine as it is refreshing and low in calories.
You can also make this watermelon cooler ahead of time and store it in the fridge for later consumption. Also, you can use frozen watermelon for this drink. Frozen watermelon remains good for 8 to 10 months.
Moreover, you can make it without sugar because watermelon is itself sweet so you can skip adding sugar if you are health conscious.
Adults, as well as kids, love this watermelon cooler on the hot summer days after a workout or play-time. It keeps you hydrated and fresh.
This simple watermelon cooler gets ready in 5 minutes by blending all the ingredients in a blender and garnishing it with fresh mint, ice, and a few watermelon chunks.
The best time to have this drink is around morning to noon because during that period our digestion is super fast and active.

Equipment
- Bowl
- Blender
- Bottle Mug
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon Chopped and seeds removed
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- 1½ tsp Sugar Optional
- ⅙ tsp Salt/Black Salt
For Garnishing:
- 3-4 Lemon Slices
- Few Fresh Watermelon Chunks Optional
- Ice Cubes Optional
- Few Fresh Mint Leaves
- Pinch Black Salt
Instructions
Method to make Watermelon Cooler:
- Take a bottle Mug. Add some lemon slices, fresh mint leaves, a few ice cubes and pour the watermelon cooler in the mug. Garnish it with fresh mint and a pinch of black salt. Your quick and refreshing watermelon cooler drink is ready to swill it.

Notes
- Instead of salt or black salt, you can add ¼ tsp of chat masala powder.
- Do not add ice cubes, if you don’t want your watermelon cooler so chilled.
- In the end, you can also add some chunks of watermelon in the drink.
- Watermelon is naturally sweet so you can skip adding sugar.
- You can strain the drink using a strainer if your blender is not powerful enough to blend the chunks.
This beverage goes well with a combination of lemon and mint.
Additionally, you can make this drink more exciting by adding cumin powder or other flavored spices to the drink.
