Take a microwave-safe bowl.

Add ½ tsp of cumin seeds and grate 1-inch ginger.

Add 1 cup of water.

Microwave it for about 30 seconds or 1 minute. Let it sit for a while.

Using a strainer, strain the hot water in the mug.

Then squeeze half lemon in the mug and give it a stir.

Your detox drink is ready to serve. Drink it when it is lukewarm.

Drink this water first thing in the morning once you wake up and then do the rest of your morning routine. Have your breakfast after 45 minutes or 1 hour after drinking it.
