Ingredients for Goan Fish Curry:
3-4fresh Mackerel fish
1tspof turmeric
Salt to taste
7-8dried red chilies
2-3tbspof coriander seeds
1tbspof cumin seeds
3-4cloves
5-6black peppercorns
5-6Triphala
1cupof grated coconut
4green chilies
1onion
1 ½inchpiece of ginger
6-7Kokum rinds
2glasses of water
Instructions
Method for making Goan Fish Curry:
Begin by cleaning the Mackerel fish, washing them thoroughly, and marinating them with salt and turmeric. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
3-4 fresh Mackerel fish, Salt to taste, 1 tsp of turmeric
In a blender jar, combine the following ingredients: 7-8 dried red chilies, 2-3 tbsp of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves, 5-6 black peppercorns, 1 onion, 1 ½ inch pieces of ginger, 6-7 garlic cloves, salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric, and 1 cup grated coconut. Make a fine paste in a mixer by adding a little water.
7-8 dried red chilies, 2-3 tbsp of coriander seeds, 1 tbsp of cumin seeds, 3-4 cloves, 5-6 black peppercorns, 1 cup of grated coconut, 4 green chilies, 1 ½ inch piece of ginger, 1 onion
Transfer the mixture to a curry pan and add 2 glasses of water to it. Simmer on low heat, then add 5-6 Triphala. Let it cook for 15 minutes while stirring continuously.

Add the marinated Mackerel fish to the mixture.

Next, add 6-7 Kokum rinds. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until the fish is cooked.
