- Butter/Oil/Ghee To Grease
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ⅛ tsp Salt A Pinch
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 5 piece Chocolate Chunks
- Icing Sugar To Decorate
Instructions
Steps for preparing choco lava cake in a mug:
- Take a microwave-safe mug. Brush the mug with butter, oil, or ghee.
- First, add all the dry ingredients, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, a little less than ¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Using a fork whisk it well.
- Then add all the wet ingredients, 1 egg, 2 tbsp milk, and ¼ tsp vanilla essence. Mix it until a smooth batter is formed.
- Later, add 5 chocolate pieces in the center and cover it with the batter.
- Microwave it for about 30 to 40 seconds. Your choco lava cake in a mug is ready. Serve it with some icing sugar on top and enjoy it.
