- I am using mixed herbs in the mug recipe. You can use oregano if you do not have mixed herbs.
- Boil the corn cob or kernels in a pressure cooker, instant pot, or saucepan.
- You can use fresh ears of corn, canned or frozen.
- If using frozen corn, thaw them first and then boil.
- Do not overcook the corn.
- Seasoned water, if possible, to boost the tang. Do not skip this part if you have every list of items in your pantry.
- Be careful while adding more salt while making the chaat, as we have added salt while boiling the corn cob.

Instructions
Method to make Italian corn chaat cup:
- Place a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1 tsp butter, salt, freshly ground black pepper, red chili flakes, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, mayonnaise, and grated cheese.
