- Add crushed Oreo cookies, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp of baking powder in the mug, and mix all the dry ingredients.
- Lastly, add 4 tbsp of milk to the mug and mix all the ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
- Microwave it for about a minute. Serve it warm with some whipped cream, ice cream, cream and chocolate mixture, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, oreo cookie, or dust icing sugar on top. Your gooey oreo mug cake is ready to dig in.

- Let it sit for a while because it is extremely hot.
- Use a microwave-safe large mug for baking.
- I am using a blender to crush the oreo cookies, you can crush the oreo cookies by hand. Just break the cookies by hand in the mug and add milk. Let it sit for a while, then crush the cookies using a fork.
- You can also crush the oreo cookies in a sandwich bag using a chapati roller.
- I want my cake to be sweeter so I am adding powdered sugar. You can skip this if you are not a fan of extra sweetness.
- Do not overcook the oreo mug cake, microwave it for a minute only. If it is still uncooked keep it in a microwave for 10 – 10 seconds increments.
- Always keep an eye on the mug cake when it is in the microwave.
- Also, when in a microwave, you can keep a microwave-safe plate or bowl beneath the mug that helps from overflowing in the microwave and creating a mess as well.
